Semi cloisonné pins are ideal substitutes for hard fire cloisonné pins, an ancient Chinese art developed thousands of years ago. Each design is stamped first into high quality brass or iron sheet. Next, the recessed areas are filled with enamel colors and fired at a high temperature. It is then hand stoned repeatedly to perfection. Final plating and detail polishing results in a brilliant finish and detailed emblem. Silk screen imprinting is optional and offers the highest quality detail for the coloration of intricate designs.
